These prices are LABOUR ONLY and cost of pickups or pickup repair should be added as necessary.
You are always welcome to supply your own pickups... but the fitting charge is always around 50% less if we supply as well as fit them. An exception is if you get your pickups directly from Andy Blake at Wizard Pickups... in which case we fit them for the same cost as if we supplied them.

 

Direct replacement pickups - all types (prices are per-pickup, but are around 25% less if fitted as a full set of guitar pickups)

Body routing and/or pickguard trimming (per pickup, but 25% discount for full guitar-set)

"Extra" pickup fitting & routing (where there wasn't one before!) includes any rewiring and routing as necessary

All pickup fitting qualifies for "multiple job discount" when performed at same time as other qualifying jobs

Actual pickup prices can be supplied on application and are usually less than manufacturers RRP... but remember that the fitting charge is always considerably cheaper if we supply the pickup as well as fitting it so check the total cost with us BEFORE bagging that "bargain" on eBay!!

 

 

ANDY BLAKE... "The Pickup Wizard"

 

Anyone who knows me will know that I have a real passion for the work of ANDY BLAKE at "The Pickup Wizard". Basically, he winds an excellent custom pickup... of equal or better quality than anything commercially available and he will custom wind you a pickup to your own specification probably quicker than you could order one from a shop! Many of his customers are world famous musicians (but he doesn't like to talk about it!)
In fact, if I am honest... since working with Andy over the past 10 years.... I get requests for other makes but often suggest one of Andy's pickups on trial first and so far haven't had a SINGLE disappointed customer, indeed most come back for more pickups for all their other guitars too!

He also repairs and rewinds just about any pickup on earth to a very high standard.
